Greetings All!We are ready to kick-off the 2009/10 season with our Annual Ski & Gear
Swap this Saturday, November 14th, from 8 am to noon at the Pinedale Elementary School Cafeteria.
This is a great way
to get a great deal on gear and benefit the SCSSA - hope you can make it! There will be door prizes, free pizza, and much
more!!
If you have skis and/or gear you would like to drop-off for the swap - Drop-off is Friday, November 13th, from
5 pm to 7 pm at the Pinedale Elementary School Cafeteria. Registration starts this Friday, November 13th at the Swap Drop-off and will continue through December 15th. All
athletes should be registered by then. We
are in the process of updating the website, but please check it often for the club's calendar of events, team schedules, registration
and waiver forms, scholarship information, and weekly updates. www.sublettecountysnowsports.org Also, last week we distributed over 1,000 flyers including registration
and waiver forms to all of the schools in Sublette County, as well as LaBarge - if one did not make it home with your athlete,
they are available in the school offices and on the club's website. We are looking forward to a fantastic season - hope you can join us!! Go Fast!

JEFF WOHL
Head Alpine Ski Coach Jeff has been working with SCSSA since 2006. He brings nearly 20 years
of ski racing experience from a Home Team level to a National F.I.S. level Alpine Racer. He also spent 3 years working on
race crews as Chief of Course for U.S. Nationals, NOR-AM's and World Cup Races. When he's not having fun teaching ski racers,
Jeff loves to be in the mountains with a backpack or packing his horses. LATNER STRALEY Assistant Alpine Ski Coach
Lat has been with SCSSA for seven years and has been
skiing for 45. He was a U.S. Ski Team Member on the Nordic Team for six years, competing in three Junior World Championships
and finishing 15th. His athletic ability and knowledge of skiing fundamentals allowed him to transition to Alpine skiing,
where he competes successfully at the Masters Level and has won the InterMountain M5 Division.

CASSY JOHNSTON SCSSA President and Home Team Coach
Cassie has been with SCSSA from the beginning as an administrator,
coach and volunteer. Cassie grew up ski racing in Vermont and attended Green Mountain Valley Ski Academy. She generously passes
along her knowledge and passion for skiing to SCSSA members as well as her own children. Cassie is one of the key players
in bringing a succesful ski program to Sublette County.
